Description: Doctors Hospital / Headache and Pain Center is in need of CRNA right now, this vacancy will be placed in Kansas. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. Description

A qualified anesthesia provider who works in collaboration with Staff Anesthesiologist involved in the administration of anesthesia and related services as delineated by the clinical and non-clini! cal responsibilities described herein. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist will function as an independent practitioner in this facility.

Qualifications

1. Holds current state licensure as a registered nurse and ARNP in the state of Kansas, and complies with any applicable state statutory or regulatory requirements concerning the advanced practice of nursing.

2. Holds current BLS and ACLS certification and continues updates as required during their employment.

a. Meets criteria 1, and 2 above, and is awaiting initial certification (some states limit this period of time); or

b. Is currently certified by the Council on Certification of Nurses Anesthetists or its predecessor; or

c. Is currently recertified by the Council on Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.

5. Insurable by an appropriate medical malpractice insurer for the limits required by this institution or state.

1. No emergency room
2. No labor and delivery

3. No 24 hour call (just! staying late once in a while)

4. Pretty much an 8 hour day (6:30 â€" 3:30)

5. No weekend duty, and your weekend starts fairly early on Friday (some CRNA’s will have 3 day weekends)
