Location: Lenexa Kansas

Description: ARJ Infusion Services is looking of Account Executive - Managed Care - Lenexa, KS right now, this position will be placed in Kansas. ARJ Infusion Services is one of the fastest growing specialty pharmacies and nursing agencies in the Midwest, specializing in services related to the treatment of bleeding disorders, neurological disorders, and immune deficiencies. This Account Executive will: Develop new relationships with managed care organizations, and work to further enhance those that are currently established Leverage existing insurance contracts for pull-through business opportunities Participate in regularly scheduled sales meetings with management team Assist with the development of department goals and sales plans Employ marketing and promotional efforts within the community to support the achievement of sales and earnings objectives Update sales information database with relevant contact information Assist in developing marketing literature and campaigns QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Minimum three years of experience in sales and marketing Medical/healthcare sales experience required Experience working with and contracting with managed care organizations Bachelors degree required (or requisite experience) Valid drivers license and automobile insuranceARJ provides a generous compensation package, commensurate with experience, consisting of base pay plus bonus opportunities, along with excellent benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, FSA, and life insurance).
