As a Recruitment Sourcer , you will:

• Support the Home Health and Hospice Sales Division
• Utilize Sales data to determine the best sales candidates in the healthcare industry.
• Maintain and update this list of top sales candidates.
• Cold call and network with this list of individuals to build a pipeline of sales candidates.
• Compile and communicate the knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, company profiles.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree
• Minimum of three years of recruitment experience (preferably for sales positions)
• Current experience making 20-50 phone calls a day networking/cold calling
• Highly experienced professional with demonstrated success in the art of cold-calling, data mining and state of the art sourcing methodology and strategies
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience
• AIRS CIR certification preferred
• Experience in successful sourcing, screening, initial contact and prescreening
• Team player, sales mentality, high integrity, strong negotiating skills.
• Experience working with tools of the trade, including contact management software, resume databases, lead generation/internet sourcing tools, and email campaign software
• Strong listening/communication skills
• Expertise in building rapport and trust quickly while being able to adjust your approach real time given any situation
• Independent and self-starting attitude
