Ready for an exciting new challenge? Â We seek candidates with recent experience as a Director of Nursing or Chief Nursing Officer in a health system for the role of Senior Vice President of Operations Design . Â In this role you will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and will oversee all aspects of clinical services for ambulatory surgery centers and hospitals to include, but not be limited to, facility performance and efficiencies of clinical areas, compliance with regulatory and accrediting agencies, as well as policy and procedure design and implementation. Â You will play an integral role in the successful transition of new acquisitions and new facility development projects, as well as the development of new service lines and programs. Â You will provide counsel and education to Administrators, Nurse Leaders, and Group Vice Presidents regarding all aspects of Clinical Services. Â You will direct implementation of all processes, policies, and procedures for new facility development and/or expansion including building design, equipment procurement, and medical staff relationships.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Â Preference given to candidates with a Master's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration or related area. Â Must have a minimum of ten (10) years of senior level healthcare leadership experience, preferably as a hospital CNO or DON. Â Must have previous clinical background in surgical services in either inpatient or outpatient services. Â Must have a thorough understanding of Surgical Services to include clinical and business operations. Â Must have demonstrated success in program development. Â Strong preference given to candidates with multi-site leadership experience. Â Must have strong project management skills. Â Must have the ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
