We are seeking an Internist/Gerontologist to help facilitate our services we provide to post-acute and long-term care residents. We advise facility staff on optimal approaches to resident care. This is out-patient only with no inpatient facet. All attending physicians have full-time skilled nursing and sub-acute facility based practices. We offer flexible weekday scheduling, IT support, Educational and mentoring opportunities, and the ability to establish your own independent practice.
