Competitive Base Salary + Commission

General
Manager for Branch Operations needed for a nationwide, high growth
Homecare co! mpany providing Specialty and Acute Home Infusion
Services. Reporting to the CEO, the General Manager (GM) is
responsible for leading the Branch to achieve and surpass
productivity, profitability, cash flow and business goals &
objectives.

This position requires knowledge of Home Infusion Services best
practices in accordance with state and federal regulations. The
position is responsible for the branch’s day-to day operating
activities including Intake, Nursing, & Pharmacy functions.

QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of experience with 3 years in an executive-level
position in Home Infusion Services.

BS in Business
or a Healthcare discipline with an MBA preferred.

Proven ability to lead a proactive clinical & sales organization and
ensure accountability for results that maximize contribution to
business objectives.

Solid working knowledge of pharmacy, nursing, budgeting, sales! ,
business development, and strategic planning in healthca! re.

Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external
constituencies.

Strong analytical, planning, forecasting and budgeting/financial
skills.

Possess a strong patient service orientation.

The ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding
timeframes.
