Location: Shawnee Mission Kansas

Description: Erickson Living is at the momment seeking for Director of Operations / Administrator right now, this position will be placed in Kansas. Tallgrass Creek, Johnson Countys premier CCRC, is looking for an exceptional Director of Operations / Administrator. Reporting to the Executive Direct! or, the Director of Operations/Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of health care operations in our new 104 bed, state of the art, continuing care neighborhood. Expecting to open in late 2013, the continuing care neighborhood will consist of Assisted Living, Memory Care and Post-Acute Rehabilitation and Nursing Care. The Director of Operations/Administrator will be part of the strategic planning process and recruitment effort of the start-up operation.
The right candidate will hold a Bachelor degree in healthcare administration or related field, a current Kansas NHA license, and a minimum of five years experience leading operations in a long-term care setting.
