Position Summary:
This individual is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities for the agile teams building the ATI nursing platform. He/she works with business unit, shared services teams and the agile teams to ensure product delivery occurs with minimal disruption. HR responsibilities include performance revi! ews, issue resolution and time management.

Respons! ibilities:
Ensure the agile teams are operating as efficiently and effectively as possible

Works with the agile teams to ensure they are delivering committed work items

Conduct prioritization sessions with stakeholders

Handles day-to-day impediment resolution

Assist Scrum Master / Iteration Lead to maintain healthy backlogs

Assist/lead teams iteration planning, retrospectives and demos

Work with Scrum Master to produce all metrics and status reports

Coordinate across internal teams to ensure successful software deployments

Coordinate across teams to ensure all milestones are clearly understood and managed

Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with business and technical staff in on-site and virtual environments

Conducts individual performance reviews

Handles team and individual conflicts

Required Skills

Bachelor’s degree in compu! ter-related field, or equivalent work experience

Certified Scrum Master / Iteration Lead or equivalent work experience

1 â€" 2 years working as part of an agile team delivering software

2 â€" 5 years management experience in a technical industry

3 â€" 5 years hands on development experience

Strong team player with problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of continuous integration

Understanding of test driven design

Demonstrated ability to deliver automation throughout the development lifecycle

Working knowledge of Dev-Ops

Personal drive to help others and constantly improve the environment

Experience working with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document user stories and process flows

Experience with process management and process change implementation.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communicatio! n skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse grou! p, executives, managers, and subject matter experts. Able to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Proven ability to understand business drivers and strategy

Strong leadership and communication ability

Experience managing technical and content focused projects

Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Willingness to challenge the status quo

Assertive â€"Must be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls. If agile, ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum concepts and principles.

Communication Skills â€" Must be able to communicate well with the scrum team, other scrum teams and senior management.

Facilitative â€" Must be able to lead and facilitate team discussions and interaction with other teams, both agile and non-agile teams.

Enthusiastic â€" Must have high-energy to be able to motivate and encourage the team.

Continuous improvement - Must continually gr! ow not only themselves but the entire team. Learning from other teams and learning new tools and techniques to bring to the team. Passion for continuous improvement.

Conflict resolution - Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches, within the team, with other teams and with stakeholders.
