This position works on the National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators (NDNQI) technical team and is respo! nsible for application development and coding, requirements gathering, system support and documentation.
This position works closely with senior developers and researchers on a large scale web-based survey and reporting application that includes a number of MS Access, XML, and SQL Server interfaces.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field. Work experience in programming may be substituted for required education on a year for year basis.
2 + years coding in ASP.Net, C#, ADO.Net.
2 + years working with XML in .NET environment.
2+ years writing HTML and CSS.
Demonstrated knowledge of Visual Studio.Net 2010 development environment.
Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as a team member or independently.
Preferred Qualifications
2 + years SQL Server coding stored procedures, views, f! unctions, and triggers.
Familiarity with CSLA.NET app! lication framework.
Familiarity with Team Foundation Server preferred, or other source control system.
Database modeling and design experience in Microsoft SQL Server.
