ARAMARK Healthcare is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Laundry & EVS Operations Manager for an acute care hospital located in Kansas City, KS.
This position will oversee the daily operations of the laundry / linen department and also have some environmental services responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Improve cost per pound
Improve patient satisfaction scores
Utilize strategic and leadership skills to facilitate employee selection, developmen! t, retention.
Build strong customer and employee relationships
Build and maintain a customer service culture, achieve profitability and customer retention goals
Maintain compliance with company standards
Qualifications:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred
Previous management experience
Strong leadership abilities
Demonstrated success in laundry operations management
