Be a part of the Medicaid program where we are servicing membership across the state of Kansas! We are looking for talented professionals with strong healthcare program/project management backgroun! d to provide oversight to our community programs.

**C! andidates must reside within the State of Kansas to support this program.**

Work schedule is Mon- Fri 8:00am - 5:00 pm (ct)

The Senior Clinical Program Manager develops and implements appropriate clinical model for Special Population served based on state contract deliverables, national established complex care/LTC clinical models and within financial reimbursement model/contract funding.

Primary Responsibilities:
Ensures business processes are in place to monitor and manage Special Program operational processes as defined by the state contract and/Or national standardized model components.
Develops, implements, and monitors Special Program clinical processes metrics and monthly report card.
Assists with development of policy, procedure, standard operating procedure, workflow, job aides, training materials for Special Program or other health plan initiatives.
Develops and manages Special Program OR other clinical proj! ect/program workplans to achieve objectives.
Facilitates cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams.
Predicts emerging customer needs and develops innovative solutions to meet them.
Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business
Participates in the development of business strategy
Translates highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiences.
Influences senior leadership to adopt new ideas, programs, and/or approaches.
This position is an individual contributor role with no direct reports Requirements include:

Bachelors Degree in Science or Business desired; Masters degree Highly preferred.
2 - 4 years HCBS Waiver experience, OR 2 years project management experience, OR 2 years Kansas Medicaid experience.
Demonstrated leadership and development skills
Proficiency in software applications that include, but are not limited to, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerP! oint.
Demonstrated ability to assist with focusing activities towar! d a strategic. direction as well as develop tactical plans, drive performance and achieve targets.
Problem solving skills; the ability to systematically analyze problems, draw relevant conclusions and devise appropriate courses of action.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to speak clearly and concisely, conveying complex or technical information in a manner that others can understand, as well as ability to understand and interpret complex information from others.

Preferred Assets:
An unrestricted Registered Nursing licensure, Or Licensed Master's degree or higher level clinician in Social Work or a healthcare related field. Licenses must be active and unrestricted within the state of Kansas.
