Description: Doctors of Physical Therapy is at present recruited PT/Director needed for Industrial-Based Onsite clinic right now, this occupation will be placed in Kansas. Doctors of Physical Therapy (“DPT”), a national PT company in business for 8 years is looking for a Director posit! ion for an INDUSTRIAL BASED on-site clinic. DPT is an on-site PT provider for PepsiCo, Navistar International Engine Company, Tyson Foods and works with many national companies. The current need is for a leader, someone motivated who can work independently, provide high quality care and great outcomes. The right candidate will be a solo practitioner in charge of an on-site clinic.The ideal candidate will: 1.

work independently to manage the on-site clinic in a beef slaughter/processing plant. The PT will not have any back-up per se and will have to run all facets of the clinic 2. clinic hours will vary between the plant shifts, the PT will have to manage the schedule. This is not a 9-5 shift, the therapist will have flexibility to manage the hours to ensure the case load is covered and patients receive proper treatment3.

the PT will most likely have an aid or coordinator to help do some of the administrative work4. it will be imperative that the PT work co! hesively with the on-site nursing / medical staff and plant ma! nagement 5. the PT will be required to: a. walk the plant processing floor observing job tasks b.

make corrective ergo assessments to keep employees working safely c. present safety tail-gate talks d. work closely and communicate case status to the on-site medical staff and plant management6. The plant will supply an interpreter and the PT will have to work well with that communication issueQuality is paramount, experience is important, as is the ability to independently manage the clinic, scheduling, documentation and the ability to integrate as a team with the plant, employees, and management.

DPT’s Chicago corporate office will provide oversight of the clinic operations, training and support.Salary range $80-$100k plus full benefitsStart Date approx. December 1st
