Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living to include: bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Transferring and getting residents to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan
- Serving meals to residents in the dining room or their apartment
- Recording and reporting changes in resident’s eating habits to s! upervisor
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Must have a high school diploma or GED
- Must have Nursing Assistant Certification in the state of KS
- Must have a minimum of one year experience
- Previous experience with Alzheimer’s/Dementia patients is prefered
- Must have First Aid/CPR certification
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Must have flexibility with schedule
- Must enjoy working with the senior population
