Regional Clinical Specialist

Mölnlycke, leading Medical Solutions Company with locations in 90 countries, is looking for a passionate and driven Board Certified Wound Care NURSE or PHYSICAL THERAPIST with prese ntation backgroundto play critical role on our Wound Care Sales Team in Kansas City / St Louis / Memphis area.

• This is a full-time field-based position that requires 75% travel, including frequent overnight stays (mostly 2-3 nights per week, longer when attending conferences). Having access to airport is vital.
• Salary range starts from $94K+, annual bonus $15K-25K, full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 12 paid holidays, 4 weeks of PTO, etc.); 401K (3% match); company car, laptop, cell phone, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Present Mölnlycke Wound Healing product-related programs to appropriate audiences and groups (1 on 1, as well as in front of 50 guests).
• Coordinate clinical activities with designated sales teams to assist in the achievement of goals, improving patient and clinical outcomes.
• Act as the primary clinical resource for sales teams, ensuring that clinical policies and procedur es are properly implemented.
• Provide training and support for newly hired and tenured associates in the classroom, in the field and at National Sales or Region Meetings.
• Represent the Company at industry trade shows and related Wound Care conferences.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Physical Therapy or a related specialty
• WOCN or AAWM (CWS) board certification is mandatory
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Wound Care industry
• Strong industry and clinical network preferred
• 5-7 years progressively responsible, work related experience
• Demonstrated expertise in training large and small groups (i.e., tradeshow demos, National Sales Meeting or Regional Meeting breakout facilitation)
• Ability to travel within/to MO, KS, NE, some AR, IL and IN (by car and by plane)
• Must live within territory
