The PPS Coordinator oversees all aspects of the PAI to reflect the functional status and 24 hour care needs of patients on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit, including accuracy and transmission of the PAI within identified time frames. Periodically audits PAI, clinical documentation and billing information to assure accuracy and consistency of documentation. Generates and distributes reports of outcomes and participates in improvement efforts for the Rehabilitation Services Inpatient program.
Requirements:
- Completion of a nursing (BSN), Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy professional degree required
- Current Kansa! s clinical license/certification
- Minimum of two (2) y! ears’ experience in inpatient rehabilitation
- Credentialed in FIM â„¢ preferred
- Training in the PAI software preferred
