RN case manager needed for Wichita and surrounding areas. Home health experience helpful but not necessary. The hours vary Monday-Friday and every other weekend. Lab draw skills very helpful. Will be reporting to the clinical manager who will be training and assisting in all aspects related to Home health nursing. Would also consider part time hours. You would be working with a team of nurses and staff members that available to assist in any way possible. Required education:

• Associate

Required experience:

• Registered Nurse: 2 years

Required licenses or certifications:

• Morning, Mid-Day, Evening

Required travel:

• 100%

Minimum Nursing Degree required:

• Associates Degree in Nursing
