Admissions Coordinator- PRN- Weekend Shifts

The Hospital Admissions Coordinator assists with the coordination of intakes and assessments for short term hospitalization of clients. The job is fast paced and requires accuracy and attention to detail. The Coordinator will be of the KVC Admissions Department, part of the treatment team and may be a primary contact with the health plan.  The Coordinator will have contact with physicians, nurses and UR to ensure timely, accurate and complete assessments are performed on children and youth, and making appropriate referrals for placement and services based on the assessment. Will be responsible for completing intake and assessment documentation with new patients and their families. Must possess outstanding customer service skills.

Shift differentials for weekend evening and overnight shifts.
