Position Summary: Anistar is seeking experienced Security integration and Fire Alarm Technicians for several contract to perm opportunities. Candi! dates will provide assistance with the installation, terminati! on, and testing/trouble shooting on all aspects of security and fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will under general supervision, maintain a highly analytical and problem solving mindset while working as a team player and must have experience with the following:
Must have 4+ years of experience with installation of Access Control, CCTV, Cabling and Fire Alarm devices associated with: Security and Fire Alarm Systems. • Lenel, Software House, and/or Notifier Certs a MUST Must have ability to install, terminate and test low voltage cables (to include twisted pair cable, CAT-6, CAT-5, coax, power limited tray cable, stranded and solid conductor low voltage cable, single mode and multi mode fiber optical cables). • Lenel's portfolio - including OnGuard, goEntry, goVision, Onity lock integration, and SkyPoint • Ability to apply proper fire stopping procedures when necessary • Possess working knowledge of ANSI/TIA/EIA cabling standards and National Electric Code ! • Experience to VOIP, Sound Systems, Data Networks, Wireless, and Nurse Call Systems a plus • Experience with products such as CSI, TAC, Siemens, Software House, C-cure, Lenel, Northern, Casi Rusco, AMAG, Notifier, Gamewell, Firelite also a plus
Must possess: A valid driver’s license A High School Diploma or equivalent (Vocational/Technical/Business School strongly preferred) Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to pass applicable state and federal background checks Must pass drug screening
